It's go time. After such a long offseason, the wait is finally over for National Football League fans, as Week 1 of the new season gets here on Thursday night. While people can't wait for the first game of the year to get here, keep in mind that the Bills and Ravens are co-favorites to win the 2025 Super Bowl. Will either of these AFC teams end up getting the job done?
That's what plenty of people are wondering, with big seasons coming for the two. Starting with Baltimore, the Ravens are no strangers to heartbreak in the postseason in recent campaigns. Lamar Jackson has been working overtime to get Baltimore back to the Super Bowl, but he's been struggling to get that done. Will this be the year that he gets over the hump?

"We've had two back-to-back years of some really, really tough losses that ended the season in a way that we don't want to end the season," Ravens quarterbacks coach Tee Martin said in an interview with ESPN. "If you know Lamar, like I know him competitively, he's probably thought about that every day [and] every minute during the offseason. So, that comes with a sense of urgency and a sense of purpose."
According to the best sports betting sites, the Ravens hold +700 odds, which is the same as the Bills per the NFL betting sites. Baltimore was busy this offseason adding talent via free agency and the 2025 NFL Draft. Jackson, Derrick Henry and others are hoping to pull off some magic. The Buffalo Bills are our pick to win the Super Bowl this season
Believe it or not, the Buffalo Bills are our pick to win the Super Bowl this season. Is this the year for Josh Allen? In the playoffs, the Bills have also had some issues in getting over the hump, with the Kansas City Chiefs and Patrick Mahomes always finding ways to take them down. This was the case last year, though the Chiefs lost in the Super Bowl to the Eagles.
This season, quarterback Josh Allen is hoping to put together strong games from start to finish for Sean McDermott and the rest of the Buffalo Bills coaching staff. It's not going to be easy of course, as there have been plenty of changes on both sides of the ball for the AFC East team. This week, though, Buffalo will want to get out of the gates hot.

Kansas City is of course led by Mahomes, but Travis Kelce has delayed retirement and he'll be back on the field this campaign. He's hoping to end his career the right away after losing the title in 2024.
As for the Eagles, they stunned everyone with their dominant performance against the Chiefs last February. Jalen Hurts is no question one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, while Saquon Barkley is ready to put together another strong year now that he's with the Eagles and no longer making plays for the New York Giants.
Barkley is arguably the best running back in the NFL and he's ready to prove that last season wasn't a fluke at all. From our chair, the Eagles are going to be the favorites to win the NFC, and a game vs. the Bills in the Super Bowl would be wild. Will that go down? It will be interesting to see if that happens or not.
